Trans-Canada Sour

Created by: Lauren Mote of Kale and Nori Culinary Arts

1 oz Grade "A" Organic Maple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White

Shake hard with ice until frothy. Serve neat, or over ice in a chilled old fashioned glass.
Freshly grated cinnamon on top.
